LEVEL 1 - WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

​

1. The Remembrance of Self’ Course, trainees will learn the BQ process well, rather than through occasional sessions, where clients often take the process away and use it without the initial practice and skills needed to successfully transform their programs. This can lead to dissatisfaction with the process. However, the course allows the teacher the space and time to help the trainee fine-tune the technique for self-use which will assist them to move with more confidence and clarity into level 2. Trainees also have the advantage of becoming aware and practiced in the Self-Mastery steps needed for their understanding and transformation of the journey Home.

2. You will experience peace, freedom, happiness and expansion through this course.

3. You will learn an easy breathing, relaxing breath that you can use at home during your own process and anywhere or anytime if needed.

4. You will experience an easy movement from the chaotic mass-conscious mind into the Whole Quantum Mind.

5. You will discover the easiest and safest let go of all resistance.

6. You will experience your outer world changing for the better as your inner world transforms.

7. You will be restored to the ancient, peaceful supportive space where you have always belonged. 

8. You will transform about 4 million programs per second, which is way beyond just healing.

9. You will install endless and mostly unknown positive possibilities for a higher, happier life.

10. What has been hidden from you and humanity will be restored to you bringing Truth, freedom, happiness and Real (not ego) solutions.

11. You will experience and ever-increasing alignment with your Quantum body; essential for living in the new energy. 

12. You will learn the different kinds of breath and how to apply them.

13. You will learn the full BQ process to transform your own programs. (Working on others is taught in Level 2).

14. You will be re-acquainted and able to easily meld with your Inner Being, essential for  the journey Home.

15. You will discover Metaphysical, Self-Mastery Challenges and information that, when used and understood, bring mind-shifts necessary for higher wisdom. Essential for you and more so if you are wanting to become a BQ Facilitator and work with and teach others.

16. You will receive a BQ Recognition Certificate – Remembrance of Self

LEVEL 1 - CRITERIA

• Attend all 5 module sessions. If you are unable to attend a group session module, you are able to book a one-on-one session with a teacher, before the next group session for $120. All sessions need to be completed to pass each level.

• Participate in the Transformation process given in each module.

• Complete the module homework & feedback at home, before the next week, or if you are doing it as a 1-1 before the next training session. All processes, Challenges and Scripts need to be completed.

• Send your feedback (either in Work, Pages or photos) via messenger at least a day prior to the next session. (Please message Julia to let her know it’s there, as the email often arrives too late). (If you send photos, please make sure they are clear and in order). You can verbally message your feedback via messages if this is more convenient; please also do this the day before the next class.

• If you are paying in instalments, please pay your latest instalment before the next session begins. (If you are having financial problem, please communicate with Julia to make alternate arrangements.

• Make sure you read the current weeks module thoroughly during the week.

• Be consistent with your Essential Breathing Practice at home to assist a faster shift into your Quantum Body and maintain your connection in the Quantum Field.

• Complete and submit your final BQ Level 1 assessment when you have completed the Level.
